Schutte BD lump breaker high capacity, single rotor, hammer and comb design. It is ideal for most de-agglomeration applications. The BD lump breaker ranges in sizes from a 12”x 12” laboratory scale model to a 20” x 60” for heavy duty model for industrial applications. 

It is available in carbon or stainless steel with a hammer and comb design tailored to individual applications. 

Various rotor speeds are available to optimize performance on a variety of materials reducing dry and/or or hardened agglomerates to a flowable end product.
