The Satake FMS 2000 is a compact, full color RGB optical sorter ideal for small and medium size applications. It can sort by size and shape and is ideal for pre-production, laboratory use, and research & development. The FMS 2000 can sort up to 4,000 pounds per hour. Typical applications include coffee, corn, sesame, & plastic.

There are two FMS 2000 models, the cascade and feeder version. They differ in how the incoming product flows through the machine. In the cascade version, the product free flows by gravity through a cut gate system. In the feeder version, product is fed in to a hopper and then onto a vibratory feeder.
