The Fischbein Model 3560 when integrated with your electronic net weigh bagging scale or auger filling system – creates the perfect bagging system. The Model 3560 automatically picks and positions the empty bag on the filler spout, fills the bag with product and immediately directs the filled bag to the bag closing station. The Model 3560 features Allen Bradley PLC technology, state-of-the-art color touch screen controls, bottom fed bag magazine and interlocked machine doors for enhanced safety. Bag types include flat or gusseted, multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene. And, with our “no bag – no dump” feature, product spills are minimal. Bag size can range from 12 to 20 inches wide and 20 to 40 inches in length, with a gusset width up to 3 inches.

Optional features include Ethernet control package, integrated sealing conveyor, special anti-corrosion package, extended bag magazine conveyor system and more.

Bag types include flat or gusseted, multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene. And, with our “no bag – no dump” feature, product spills are minimal. Handles bags up to 22 inches wide and 20 to 40 inches in length, with a gusset width up to 3 inches.

The model Flex 2440™ bag placer automatically picks and hangs laminated woven polypropylene, multi-wall paper bags on your weigh scale system. The Flex 2440 compact design is easily adaptable for installation in existing or new bagging line installations. The unit features a programmable logic controller that maximizes its performance with free-flowing, dense product types. It comes standard with interlocking guarding for employee safety. A centrally located, colored-touch screen control allows for quick and easy changing of critical process parameters. Fast and easy to use, the Flex 2440 features a three position horizontal bag magazine that handles both flat and gusseted bag types (up to 6” gussets) ranging in size from 24 to 60 inches in perimeter and 24 to 40 inches in length.

Based on product flow characteristics and bag quality, the Flex 2440 will process up to 21 bags per minute. Optional features include a universal bag clamp, upgrade for integrated PLC scale control, Ethernet connection and bag closing conveyor and accessories.
