The Forsbergs Model 15-D impact huller is a high production seed dehuller. Depending on the product, the Model 15-D dehuller can process up to 2,200 lbs./hr. The Model D-15 has an adjustable feed control and a variable speed impeller to maximize the dehulling process. 

The product is fed into the inlet/hopper on top where it enters the impeller wheel through a feed control pipe. A manual crank adjustment of the feed control determines the thoroughness of the operation. The centrifugal force of the rotating impeller wheel drive the product against the hulling ring. From the hulling chamber the hulled product and dust enters the cyclone and is discharged out the bottom.
