American Newlong NP-7A

American Newlong NP-7A is a high speed, hand-held, portable bag closer that uses a single thread, 3″ chain stitch to close paper, cotton, hessian/burlap/jute and PP/PE woven bags. Ideal for agricultural products such as feed, fertilizer, flour and chemicals, the NP-7A has steel cams designed for continuous use and an automatic oiling system to lubricate moving components. An optional overhead suspended spring balancer is available.

400 PRO™

The 400 PRO™ is an entry level “plain” sew system for multi-wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags.

This cost effective, plain sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® Model 100 heavy duty sewing head and is easily integrated into any manual or semi automated bagging line. The 400 PRO is safe…easy to use and is perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications operating at speeds up to 50 linear feet per minute. The 400 PRO uses a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 8 inch bag spacing is required.

The Model 400 PRO is not available with an automatic infeed system.

400 NS™

The 400 PRO²™ is an entry level “plain” sew system featuring the Empress® Model 100-2-R2™ two needle sewing head. The Model 100-2-R2 creates a secure, non-sifting, two parallel stitch bag closure. The 400PRO² is the perfect bag sewing system for closing multi-wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags.

This cost effective, plain sewing system is easily integrated into any manual or semi automated bagging line. The 400 PRO² is safe…easy to use and is perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications operating at speeds up to 45 linear feet per minute. The 400 PRO² uses a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 8 inch bag spacing is required.

The Model 400 PRO² is not available with an automatic infeed system.

400 TNS™

The 400 TNS™ used with multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags produces an attractive crepe tape sewn bag closure. This tape sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® 101 heavy-duty tape sewing head and is easily integrated in to any manual or semi automated bagging line. The 400 TNS is safe and easy to use and it operates at speeds up to 55 linear feet per minute. Featuring our automated A2700NSQA infeed system that trims the top of the bag – folds and positions the crepe tape and then presents the bag into the sewing head, the 400 TNS is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. The 400 TNS requires a minimum of 6-inches of bag free top. A powered tape box and a “race car” presser foot and feed dog are required for applications that require poly woven tape (see options below). Poly woven tape must be a minimum of 2.5” in width and 6 mil thickness. Fischbein final approval of poly woven tape is required prior to order processing.

500 THPS™

The versatile 500 THPS™ uses a fully synchronous variable speed drive that closes multi-wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags to produce an attractive crepe tape sewn bag closure at speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute at 2.5 stitches/inch. This state-of-the-art tape sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® 201STP-HDC-R1 high speed tape sewing head and is easily integrated in to any fully automated bagging line. The 500 THPS is safe and easy to use. It features our automated (29560) “Bullnose” infeed system that trims the top of the bag – folds and positions the crepe tape and then presents the bag and crepe tape into the sewing head. The 500 THPS is mounted on a compact pedestal design that is fully mobile and features a manually height adjustable sewing line ranging for 28 to 60 inches high. Model 500 THPS requires a minimum of 6-inches of bag free top.

Dual Tagger System 3920-DT™

Used with a Fischbein sewing system, the 3920 Tag Placer is used to automatically position two product information tags on each bag – front or back as the bag is being sewn closed.   As the bag top and product tags enter the sewing system infeed together, the sewing system stitches the bag closed and secures the tags to the bag. The 3920 has a performance rate of up to 20 dual tag placements per minute (40 tags). The universal dual tag magazine handles tag sizes ranging from 2.25 to 5.50 inches wide x 5.75 to 12.50 inches in length. Prior to placing an order, tag samples must be submitted to Fischbein to ensure they are in conformance with the 3920’s requirements. Note – the 3920 can also function as a single tag placer.
